Return & Exchange Policy Summary:
All sales are final. No refunds are offered. Exchanges may be approved within 7 days of delivery for items returned in original condition. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Approved damage claims will receive a replacement of the same item or an exchange of equal value, subject to availability.
By completing a purchase through K’RobsArt, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Exchanges and damage replacements are subject to the Return & Exchange Policy
- Custom and made‑to‑order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund
Exchanges
Please email us at support@krobsart.com if you have any questions about your item such as size and color before placing orders. Most of our product pages will have a variation/sizing chart, which specifies sizes and other pertinent information for that item. We only replace items that incurred damages during shipping.
Custom & Made‑to‑Order Artwork Clause
Custom, commissioned, and made‑to‑order artwork—including bulk print orders—are non‑cancelable and non‑refundable once production has begun. Due to the personalized nature of these works, exchanges are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Damage replacements follow the standard damage reporting guidelines outlined in the Return & Exchange Policy.
Gift Cards or Coupons are non-refundable.
