Return & Refund Policy :

Made to Order — All Sales Final Because every K'Robsart piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

 Gift Cards or Coupons are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items As a made-to-order brand, all sales are final. This includes all art prints, blankets, apparel, and home décor items. Gift cards and coupons are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
