Shipping policy
“K’RobsArt” collaborates with a high quality print-on-demand shipping company. This reliable company has locations worldwide. Therefore, your orders are printed and shipped from the most efficient drop facility.
- COVID staffing issues. Several manufacturers are reporting staff shortages and/or increases in sick call-outs. Reduced staff numbers will likely result in longer production times.
- Potential shipping delays. UPS and FedEx warn that distribution centers are likely to get bogged down beginning this weekend. Major markets like California and the NYC / New Jersey area are the most likely to experience delays early on.
- Extended production times. Known delays are expected in porcelain ornaments and phone cases. We are expecting future orders to take at least 2-3 business days longer to produce than orders placed over the past few weeks given volume increases beyond partner forecasts.
- Lockdowns. Many countries have imposed lockdowns, which will yield international package delivery delays.
USPS announced they will implement a surcharge to their prices during this holiday shopping season starting the 20 October to the 15th January. This is because there are more people starting to shop online due to the Covid global pandemic.
This surcharge is added to the shipping prices as of 21st October. Products that normally ship free will only show/add the surcharge in the shipping price. Customers only pay the surcharge on the ship free items.
Shipping:
Orders are fulfilled within 3-9 days. The shipping time depends on your location. Currently, the estimated times are 5-14 business days to the USA and 10-30 days for international orders. If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Verify that the shipping address in your confirmation email is correct.
Please note, if you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
- Contact your local post office to ensure your package isn’t being held by them.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—
If you are expecting a home delivery and you know you will not be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be!
